As you have probably gathered I did the same thing once, though fortunately escaped reprecussions. Copyright is a tricky issue on the net because the rules are different for different countries.

Yeah, that is a funky front page. You should be proud of the animation. Do you have the permission of the artist who did the painting to use it on your site? If you don't you could be endangering copyright. It's best to be paranoid about this. It would be nice if the rest of the site followed a set format I really like the layout of this journal actually. Perhaps you could extend something along the same lines onto your site. I really love the hidden elements on your front page they real
